Pastoring Our Members

As for the lesson on “Pastoring the Sheep”, it entails us to love the person that transforms him/her into the image and likeness of Christ. In order for proper pastoring to take place, one must facilitate the learning of God’s word and teachings of the church and empower them to live out these truths by equipping and encouraging them. It is our mission to build life-changing relationships and to listen; not necessarily to advise but to listen intently.
As enumerated, pastoring comes in at least four forms, 1) general teaching, 2) coaching/mentoring from “experts”, pastoring in small groups, and one-on-one discipleship.
